October 31, 2011

On November 1, 2011, the China Institute released its survey report Albertans’ Views on China. This report examines the data from a 10-question survey probing Albertans’ opinions about China and its significance to the province economically. The results indicate Albertans generally hold positive attitudes toward China and the importance of economic ties between Alberta and China. These views include support for Chinese investment in Alberta’s energy and resource sectors and energy corridors to the West Coast. To access the full report, click here For Word file.
